Add products to your cart and then go to the shopping cart, where you will enter the parcel recipient's details, select the delivery and payment method, and then confirm your order.

Once you've selected your items, go to your cart and enter your promo code in the "Use promo code" field. Click "Apply." Make sure the code is valid and entered correctly.

When placing your order, you will be able to choose the delivery method.

ORDER STATUS

CHANGES TO ORDER

Once an order has been placed and a number has been generated, changes to the products ordered and their quantity cannot be made. COMPLAINTS

If you receive a faulty product, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Complete the complaint form , then return the package along with the form and receipt to the address provided on the form. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

You can file a complaint if the scent differs from your previous experience, if you notice a different scent than expected, if you receive an incomplete order, or if the product packaging is damaged during delivery. We always respond to all customer complaints regarding product quality and scent differences. DELIVERY

Standard delivery time is 3 business days, but we make every effort to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, within 24 hours of ordering. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Complete the returns form , then return the package along with the form and receipt to the address provided on the form. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.
