RETURN AND COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Please note that the following procedure applies only to purchases made online . If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased in-store, please visit the point of purchase.

Return procedure
- Complete the returns form
- Print the completed form
- Send the package along with the form and receipt to the address indicated on the form using Quick Returns .
- Once the package arrives at the warehouse, the refund will be made to the provided account number within 7 business days.
Complaints procedure
- Complete the complaint form, indicating the reason and your suggestion for a refund or exchange.
- Print the completed form
- Send the package along with the form and receipt to the address indicated on the form using Quick Returns .
- Once the parcel has arrived at the warehouse and the complaint has been accepted, the funds will be refunded to the provided account number or the product will be exchanged within 7 business days.
