RETURN AND COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE



Return procedure

  1. Fill out the return form and send it to the e-mail address

  1. After processing the return form, you will receive a return label
  2. Send the package through a parcel locker
  3. After the parcel reaches the warehouse, the funds will be returned to the provided account number within 7 working days


Complaints procedure

  1. Fill out the complaint form, indicating the reason and a suggestion for a return or exchange and send it to the e-mail address

  1. Consideration of the complaint lasts up to 7 annual days
  2. After processing the claim form, you will receive a return label
  3. Send the package through a parcel locker
  4. After the package reaches the warehouse, the refund is made to the account number provided or the product is exchanged within 7 working days
