RETURN AND COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Return procedure
- Fill out the return form and send it to the e-mail address
- After processing the return form, you will receive a return label
- Send the package through a parcel locker
- After the parcel reaches the warehouse, the funds will be returned to the provided account number within 7 working days
Complaints procedure
- Fill out the complaint form, indicating the reason and a suggestion for a return or exchange and send it to the e-mail address
- Consideration of the complaint lasts up to 7 annual days
- After processing the claim form, you will receive a return label
- Send the package through a parcel locker
- After the package reaches the warehouse, the refund is made to the account number provided or the product is exchanged within 7 working days
