Terms and Conditions of the Terribly Good Promotion 1+1 for 50%

Promotion Terms and Conditions: Terribly good promotion 1+1 for 50% ,
on October 23-November 3, 2024,
hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion".

  1. These Regulations define the rules of the Promotion conducted in a network of shopping islands throughout Poland and the sorvellaperfume.pl online store operated by GLARE MARKETING SP. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, where retail sales will be conducted during the promotion.
  2. The promotion is open to all Sorvella Perfume online customers, without exclusions.
  3. The Promotion is valid from 23/10/2024 to 03/11/2024. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten/extend the Promotion at any time.
  4. This promotion applies to a 50% discount on selected 50ml and 100ml perfumes during the Promotion period at the Sorvella Perfume online store. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotional mechanisms currently in effect at the Sorvella Perfume online store.
  5. As part of the promotion, each person who purchases at least 2 products from the collection at sorvellaperfume.pl will receive a 50% discount on one product from the range listed in point 4.
  6. The discount referred to in point 4 will be calculated automatically at the stage of finalizing the transaction, when shopping in the sorvellaperfume.pl online store.
  7. Merchandise purchased in the Sorvella Perfume online store may be returned within 30 days, starting the day following purchase, regardless of the last day of the return period. If the customer exercises the option to return the goods under the terms and conditions specified in the returns and exchanges policy, the customer will receive a refund equal to the price paid for the goods (the price after the discount applicable during the Promotion).
  8. The refund will be made in the same form in which the customer paid for the returned goods.
  9. The organiser of the promotion is GLARE MARKETING Sp z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Muszkieterów 15 B, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court, Commercial Division under the KRS number 0000665980, with the share capital of PLN 20,000, NIP 5223084781, REGON 366661382.
