Terms and Conditions of the NIGHT SHOPPING Promotion

1. These Regulations define the rules of the Promotion conducted in the online store sorvellaperfume.pl run by GLARE MARKETING SP. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, where retail sales will be conducted during the promotion.
2. The promotion is open to all Sorvella Perfume customers, without exclusions.
3. The promotion is valid from 06-07/04/2024 from 20:00 to 24:00
4. The promotion applies to the entire assortment available on Sorvella Perfume's online offer during the promotion days. This promotion cannot be combined with other currently active Sorvella Perfume promotional mechanisms, promotions, or product discounts.
5. As part of the Promotion, anyone who makes a purchase for at least PLN 199 in the sorvellaperfume.pl online store will receive a 25% discount on their entire order.
6. The discount referred to in point 6 above will be calculated at the stage of finalizing the transaction on the website of the online store sorvellaperfume.pl.
7. Merchandise purchased in the Sorvella Perfume online store may be returned within 30 days, starting the day following purchase, regardless of the last day of the return period. If the customer exercises the option to return the merchandise under the terms and conditions specified in the returns and exchanges policy, the customer will receive a refund equal to the price paid for the merchandise (the discounted price applicable during the Promotion).
8. The refund will be made in the same form in which the customer paid for the returned goods.
9. The organiser of the promotion is GLARE MARKETING Sp z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Muszkieterów 15 B, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court, Commercial Division under the KRS number 0000665980, with the share capital of PLN 20,000, NIP 5223084781, REGON 366661382.
