hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion".

  1. These Regulations define the rules of the Promotion conducted in a network of shopping islands throughout Poland and the sorvellaperfume.pl online store run by GLARE MARKETING SP. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, where retail sales will be conducted during the Promotion.
  1. The promotion is open to all Sorvella Perfume customers, without exclusions.
  1. The Promotion is valid from December 1st to 17th, 2024. Glare Marketing reserves the right to shorten/extend the Promotion period at any time.
  1. The promotion applies to all products available during the promotion period in Sorvella Perfume stores and online, excluding products covered by other promotional mechanisms. This promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  1. The range of promotional products may vary depending on availability in each Sorvella Perfume island and in the sorvellaperfume.pl website.
  1. As part of the Promotion, anyone who purchases two (two) participating products or the same products at a Sorvella Perfume retail outlet or in the sorvellaperfume.pl online store will receive a 20% discount on their entire order. Anyone who purchases three (three) or more participating products will receive a 30% discount on their entire order. In retail outlets, the discount will be applied by customer service in the online store at www.sorvellaperfume.pl.
  • The 20% discount will be calculated at the checkout stage, a necessary condition: the order contains 2 or the same products participating in the Promotion;
  • The 30% discount will be applied at the checkout stage, a necessary condition: the order contains 3 or more products participating in the Promotion.
  1. The discounts referred to in point 5 above will be calculated automatically at the stage of finalizing the transaction when shopping in the shopping island or on the website of the online store sorvellaperfume.pl.
  1. Merchandise purchased at any Sorvella Perfume retail outlet or online store may be returned within 30 days, starting the day following purchase, regardless of the last day of the return period. If the Customer uses the return option under the terms and conditions set forth in the Returns and Exchanges Policy, the Customer will receive a refund equal to the price paid for the merchandise (the discounted price applicable during the Promotion).
  1. The refund will be made in the same form in which the Customer paid for the returned goods.
  1. The organiser of the promotion is GLARE MARKETING Sp z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Muszkieterów 15 a/B, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court, Commercial Division under the KRS number 0000665980, with the share capital of PLN 20,000, NIP 5223084781, REGON 366661382.
