Terms and conditions of the Flash Sale promotion 21-22/10/2023

Promotion Terms and Conditions: FLASH SALE: 25% discount on purchases of at least PLN 199, on October 21-22, 2023.

hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"

1. These Regulations define the rules of the Promotion conducted in a network of shopping islands throughout Poland and the sorvellaperfume.pl online store run by GLARE MARKETING SP. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, where retail sales will be conducted during the promotion.

2. The promotion is open to all Sorvella Perfume customers, without exclusions.

3. The promotion is valid from 10/2023 to 22/10/2023.

4. The Promotion applies to all products available during the Promotion period in Sorvella Perfume's in-store and online stores. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional mechanisms or other promotions currently in effect at Sorvella Perfume.

5. The range of promotional products may vary depending on availability in each Sorvella Perfume island and in the store www.sorvellaperfume.pl

6. As part of the Promotion, anyone who makes a purchase of PLN 199 at the Sorvella Perfume retail outlet or online at sorvellaperfume.pl will receive a 25% discount on their entire purchase. For online purchases that meet the promotional criteria, delivery will be free.

7. The discount referred to in point 5 above will be calculated at the transaction finalization stage when making purchases at the shopping mall or on the online store website www.sorvellaperfume.pl

8. Merchandise purchased at any Sorvella Perfume retail outlet or in the Sorvella Perfume online store may be returned within 30 days, counting from the day following purchase, regardless of the last day of the return period. If the customer exercises the option to return the goods under the terms specified in the returns and exchanges policy, the customer will receive a refund equal to the price paid by the customer for the goods (the price after the discount applicable during the Promotion).

9. The refund will be made in the same form in which the customer paid for the returned goods.

10. The organiser of the promotion is GLARE MARKETING Sp z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at Muszkieterów 15 B, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court, Commercial Division under the KRS number 0000665980, with the share capital of PLN 20,000, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 5223084781, REGON (National Business Registry Number) 366661382.

11. The Regulations are available in the Sorvella Perfume shopping malls where the Promotion is valid and at sorvellaperfume.pl
