Terms and conditions of the Singles' Day promotion

1. These Regulations define the rules of the Promotion conducted in a network of shopping islands throughout Poland and the sorvellaperfume.pl online store run by GLARE MARKETING SP. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, where retail sales will be conducted during the promotion.

2.The promotion is open to all Sorvella Perfume customers, without exclusions.

3.The promotion is valid from November 9, 2023 to November 12, 2023.

4. The Promotion applies to perfumes available during the Promotion days in Sorvella Perfume's stationary and online stores. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional mechanisms or other promotions currently in effect at Sorvella Perfume.

5. The range of promotional products may vary depending on availability in each Sorvella Perfume island and in the sorvellaperfume.pl website.

6. As part of the Promotion, every person who makes a purchase at the Sorvella Perfume shopping island or in the sorvellaperfume.pl online store worth at least PLN 149 will receive an 11% discount on perfumes or the entire order if only perfumes are purchased.

7. The discount referred to in point 5 above will be calculated at the transaction finalization stage when making purchases in the shopping mall or on the online store website sorvellaperfume.pl

8. Merchandise purchased at any Sorvella Perfume retail outlet or in the Sorvella Perfume online store may be returned within 30 days, counted from the day following purchase, regardless of the last day of the return period. If the customer exercises the option to return the goods under the terms specified in the returns and exchanges policy, the customer will receive a refund equal to the price paid by the customer for the goods (the price after the discount applicable during the Promotion).

9. The refund will be made in the same form in which the customer paid for the returned goods.

10. The organiser of the promotion is GLARE MARKETING Sp z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Muszkieterów 15 B, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court, Commercial Division under the KRS number 0000665980, with the share capital of PLN 20,000, NIP 5223084781, REGON 366661382.
