Promotion Terms and Conditions: CYBER MONDAY: -20% on the entire basket from PLN 99

on December 2, 2024,

hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion".

  1. These Regulations define the rules of the Promotion in Poland in the online store sorvellaperfume.pl operated by GLARE MARKETING Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, where retail sales will be conducted during the promotion.
  2. The promotion is open to all Sorvella Perfume customers, without exclusions.
  3. Promotion valid on December 2, 2024.
  4. The promotion applies to all products available during the promotion period in the Sorvella Perfume online store. To take advantage of the promotion, you'll receive a 20% discount on everything with a minimum basket spend of PLN 99. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional mechanisms or other promotions currently in effect at Sorvella Perfume.
  5. As part of the Promotion, anyone who makes a purchase in the sorvellaperfume.pl online store for at least PLN 99 is entitled to a 20% discount and free delivery.
  6. The discount referred to in point 5 above will be calculated at the stage of finalizing the transaction during shopping at the shopping island or on the website of the online store sorvellaperfume.pl
  7. Merchandise purchased at any Sorvella Perfume retail outlet or online store may be returned within 30 days, starting the day following purchase, regardless of the last day of the return period. If the customer uses the return option under the terms and conditions set forth in the Returns and Exchanges Policy, the customer will receive a refund equal to the price paid for the item (the discounted price applicable during the Promotion).
  8. The refund will be made in the same form in which the customer paid for the returned goods.
  9. The organiser of the promotion is GLARE MARKETING Sp z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Muszkieterów 15 B, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court, Commercial Division under the KRS number 0000665980, with the share capital of PLN 20,000, NIP 5223084781, REGON 366661382.
