Promotion Terms and Conditions: 2 + 1 FREE on everything
on November 25-December 1, 2024,
hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion".
- These Regulations define the rules of the Promotion conducted in a network of shopping islands throughout Poland and the sorvellaperfume.pl online store operated by GLARE MARKETING SP. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, where retail sales will be conducted during the promotion.
- The promotion is open to all Sorvella Perfume customers, without exclusions.
- The promotion is valid from November 25 to December 1, 2024.
- The promotion applies to the entire Sorvella Perfume assortment, available during the promotion days in Sorvella Perfume stores and online. The promotion cannot be combined with other currently valid Sorvella Perfume promotional mechanisms or other promotions.
- The range of promotional products may vary depending on availability in each Sorvella Perfume island and in the sorvellaperfume.pl website.
- As part of the Promotion, each person who purchases 2 (in words: two) Sorvella Perfume products in the Sorvella Perfume shopping island or in the sorvellaperfume.pl online store will receive the 3rd (in words: third) product for free, the cheapest product or the product at the same price.
- The discount referred to in point 6 above will be calculated at the stage of finalizing the transaction when shopping in the shopping island or on the website of the online store sorvellaperfume.pl
- Merchandise purchased at any Sorvella Perfume retail outlet or online store may be returned within 30 days, starting the day following purchase, regardless of the last day of the return period. If the customer exercises the option to return the merchandise under the terms and conditions specified in the returns and exchanges policy, the customer will receive a refund equal to the price paid for the merchandise (the discounted price applicable during the Promotion).
- The refund will be made in the same form in which the customer paid for the returned goods.
- The organiser of the promotion is GLARE MARKETING Sp z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Muszkieterów 15 B, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court, Commercial Division under the KRS number 0000665980, with the share capital of PLN 20,000, NIP 5223084781, REGON 366661382.
- The regulations are available in the Sorvella Perfume shopping malls where the Promotion is valid and at www.sorvellaperfume.pl
