RULES OF THE 2+1 FREE PROMOTION

 

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the Promotion conducted in a network of shopping malls throughout Poland and the sorvellaperfume.pl online store operated by GLARE MARKETING SP. z o. o., based in Warsaw, where retail sales will be conducted during the Promotion period. Wholesale purchases are not eligible for this Promotion.
2. The organiser of the promotion is GLARE MARKETING sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Muszkieterów 15 B, 02-273 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000665980, NIP: 5223084781, REGON: 366661382.
3. The promotion is open to all Sorvella Perfume customers, without exclusions.
4. The promotion is valid from December 18 to December 31, 2024.
5. The promotion applies to the entire Sorvella Perfume assortment, available during the promotion days in Sorvella Perfume stores and online. This promotion cannot be combined with other currently active Sorvella Perfume promotional mechanisms or other promotions.
6. The range of promotional products may vary depending on availability in each Sorvella Perfume island and in the sorvellaperfume.pl website.
7. To receive the discount under the Promotion, you must purchase a Set of Goods consisting of any three products at the sorvellaperfume.pl online store or Sorvella Perfume retail outlet during the Promotion period. As part of the Promotion, anyone who purchases two (2) Sorvella Perfume products will receive a third (3) product (the cheapest product or the same price) for free.
8. The discount referred to in point 7 above means that when purchasing a Set (of three) Goods in a single transaction, the buyer pays 100% of the gross price of the two more expensive goods (or those at the same price), while the third good (the cheapest or those at the same price) will be received free of charge. The discount will be applied at the checkout stage when shopping at the shopping island or on the sorvellaperfume.pl online store.
9. Goods purchased by a Consumer (an individual who purchases Goods under a Promotion for a purpose not directly related to their business or professional activity) or an Entrepreneur (purchasing Goods under a Promotion directly in connection with their business activity, if the content of the sales agreement for these Goods indicates that they are not of a professional nature, arising in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available under the provisions of the Central Registration and Information on Business) in any Sorvella Perfume shopping island or in the Sorvella Perfume online store are subject to return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, regardless of the last day of the period. In the case of returning Goods purchased under a Promotion using a discount, all Goods purchased under this Promotion (Set of Goods) are subject to return, i.e., including Goods for which the price was not reduced upon purchase under the Promotion and which were reduced (or are free of charge). This does not apply to situations where the Customer has effectively withdrawn from the Agreement due to the non-conformity of the goods with the contract. The above does not limit the Customer's rights to withdraw from a distance contract under the Consumer Rights Act.
10. If the customer uses the option to return the Set of Goods, the refund will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Returns and Exchanges Regulations available at: https://sorvellaperfume.pl/pages/regulamin. The customer will receive a refund equal to the price paid by the customer for the purchased Set of Goods (the discounted price applicable during the Promotion), including (in the case of purchases in the online store) the costs of delivery (excluding additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the Organizer was informed of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made in the same form in which the customer paid for the Set of Goods, unless the Customer requests otherwise. The Organizer reserves the right to withhold the refund until the customer receives the Set of Goods or until proof of return of the Set of Goods is provided, whichever occurs first.
