RULES OF THE HOME CLEANING WITH SORVELLA PERFUME COMPETITION

Rules of the "Home Cleaning with Sorvella Perfume" Competition

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organiser of the "Home Cleaning with Sorvella Perfume" competition is Glare Marketing sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Muszkieterów 15a/B (postal code 02-273, Warsaw), entered into the National Court Register by the District Court, Commercial Division under the KRS number 0000665980, with the share capital of PLN 20,000, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 5223084781, REGON (National Business Registry Number) 366661382.

  2. The prize is funded by the Organizer.

  3. The administrator of personal data provided by the Competition Participants is the Organizer.

  4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Participant to participate in the Contest. Individuals providing data have the right to access, amend, or delete this data.

  5. These regulations define the terms and conditions of the Competition.

  6. The Organizer supervises the proper conduct of the Competition, i.e. provides information about the Competition and handles complaints.

  7. The Competition is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 201, item 1540, as amended). The Organizer is a party making a public promise within the meaning of Article 919 of the Civil Code.

§ 2. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

  1. The Competition participants may only be natural persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, taking part in the Competition for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity, having full legal capacity, being users of the Sorvella Perfume online store, who have accepted these Regulations and posted an answer to the competition task under the competition post (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").

  2. The Participant declares that: a. he/she is a natural person with full legal capacity; b. he/she has read these Rules and is voluntarily entering the Competition; c. he/she agrees to and accepts the terms of the Rules, including reading and fully accepting the content regarding the prize collection procedure; d. he/she undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations; e. he/she has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for purposes related to participation in the Competition; g. he/she consents to his/her entry being made available, with the appropriate author's identification, in an e-mail from the Organizer and published on the social networking site Facebook or Instagram in order to publish the list of Winners and provide information about the right to the Prize. h. he/she consents to being contacted in a private message via e-mail or by phone in response to the submitted entry to provide information about the Competition and the prize.

  3. Employees and associates of the Organizer may not participate in the Competition.

§ 3. PRIZE

  1. The Competition will consist of 1 round.
  2. The Competition Winner is entitled to a prize in the form of a one-time Voucher for any Sorvella Perfume Products ordered online via the website sorvellaperfume.pl.
  3. The Prize shall be understood as an instrument which entails the obligation of the Organizer to accept it as remuneration or part of the remuneration for the production of Sorvella Perfume Products.
  4. The prizes in the Competition round include a one-time Voucher worth PLN 150 for Sorvella Perufme brand products.
  5. Information about the Prize will be included in the Competition announcement published on Facebook and Instagram on the Organizer’s profile and in an e-mail message.
  6. The Winner has no right to exchange the Prize for cash or any other kind of prize.
  7. The Winner may waive the Prize, but in return they are not entitled to a cash equivalent or any other prize.
  8. The reward is redeemed by entering the code when placing your order. The order must be placed before the voucher expires.
  9. The voucher can only be used once. If an order is placed for an amount less than the value of the voucher, the unused value of the voucher will be forfeited.
  10. The Voucher expires on May 1, 2024.

§ 4. PLACE, TIME AND RULES OF THE COMPETITION

  1. The competition runs from March 13, 2024 to March 31, 2024. The competition task is to answer the question: "Describe how you can do spring cleaning with Sorvella Perfume?"

  2. Competition responses will be published on the Organizer's Facebook and Instagram profiles and in e-mail messages to customers of the sorvellaperfume.pl store.

  3. Each Participant may submit any number of entries to the Competition, provided that the conditions of the Regulations are met.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a registered participant from the Competition, in particular in the event of: a) the inclusion of vulgar, offensive, political, propaganda, religious elements or content contrary to the law or principles of social coexistence in the Response; b) infringement of any rights of third parties, including in particular: personal rights and copyrights; c) the inclusion of advertising content in the Response, excluding advertising content relating to the Organizer.

  5. By submitting a Response to the Competition, the Participant represents and warrants that they are the sole author of the Response and hold all personal and economic copyrights to the work. Furthermore, the Participant represents and warrants that the Response does not infringe any third-party rights.

  6. If the Response is a photograph, the Participant, by submitting the Response to the Competition, guarantees that it does not contain the image of any person other than the participant himself/herself.

§ 5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES

  1. Access to the Competition is free of charge and requires subscribing to the newsletter of the sorvellaperfume.pl online store.

  2. The condition for participation in the Competition is the acceptance of the Regulations and the correct completion of the competition task described in § 4. paragraph 1 of the Regulations.

  3. The Organizer decides on the awarding of prizes by analyzing the correctness, attractiveness and substantive suitability of the tasks submitted by the Competition Participants to the competition topics described in § 4. section 1 of the Regulations.

  4. The Organizer will select the Winner from among the submitted entries within 7 working days of the end of the competition and will inform about it on its Facebook and Instagram profiles and by e-mail.

  5. The Winner will be notified of the win and the conditions for collecting the Prize via private message sent by e-mail within 7 business days of the selection of the winning competition entries.

  6. The Prize awarded in the Competition will be sent to the Winner to the address provided by him/her within 7 calendar days from the date of placing the order.

  7. The Prize Winner is required to return an email confirmation of receipt of the Prize to the Organizer's email address : support@sorvella.com , using the template provided in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions, within 72 hours of receiving the Prize. If the confirmation of receipt of the Prize in the form of a Voucher is not returned within the specified timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to deactivate the Voucher.

§ 6. SCOPE OF THE ORGANIZER'S LIABILITY

  1. The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data of the Competition Participants, including the impossibility of delivering the prizes, due to reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular if he or she did not provide a real correspondence address or the data provided is incomplete or out of date.

  2. The Organizer declares that it does not control or monitor the content posted by Participants in terms of reliability and truthfulness, subject to actions related to the removal of violations of the Regulations or generally applicable provisions.

§ 7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  1. The personal data of the Competition Participants will be processed by the Competition Organizer in order to perform the activities necessary for the proper conduct of the Competition; this constitutes the legitimate interest of the controller in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR.

  2. The personal data of Competition Participants may also be processed by the Organizer for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller under Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR.

  3. The personal data of Contest Participants will be retained by the Organizer only for the period necessary to conduct the Contest, issue prizes to selected Participants, and for the period during which complaints can be filed. The personal data retention period may be extended each time by the limitation period for claims if the processing of personal data is necessary for the Controller to pursue potential claims or defend against such claims.

  4. Participants' personal data will be processed in the following scope: name and surname, e-mail address.

  5. Participants have the right to access their data and the right to request its rectification, deletion, restriction of its processing, and the right to object. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, responsible for personal data protection.

  6. Data is provided on a voluntary basis, however, participation in the Competition requires subscription to the newsletter of the sorvellaperfume.pl online store.

  7. When the data is deleted from the Sorvella Perfume online store, the User loses the opportunity to participate in the Competition.

  8. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted by e-mail: support@sorvella.com in all matters relating to the processing of personal data.

  9. The Administrator informs that personal data will not be transferred outside Sorvella Perfume or made available to international organizations.

§ 8. COMPLAINTS AND NOTIFICATIONS OF VIOLATIONS

  1. Any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Competition should be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: support@sorvella.com during the Competition and within 30 days of its end.

  2. The complaint should include the name, surname and exact address of the Participant as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint.

  3. Complaints are considered within 14 days.

§ 9. FINAL PROVISIONS.

  1. The Regulations enter into force on March 13, 2024 and are valid until March 31, 2024.

  2. The rules of this Competition are available at the Organizer's office and in the competition posts.

  3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal provisions shall apply.

Appendix No. 1 to the Rules of the Competition: "Home cleaning with Sorvella Perfume" Sample confirmation of receipt of the prize from Glare Marketing sp. z o. o. for the distinction in the Competition: "Home cleaning with Sorvella Perfume" I, ………………………………………………........................................... (Name and Surname) confirm receipt of the Voucher for Sorvella Perfume products worth PLN 150.
